Honeycomb ceramic regenerator

Honeycomb ceramic regenerator is the main components of high temperature air combustion (HTAC) technology. HTAC is a new type combustion technology with enormous energy-conservation and environmental protection. The honeycomb ceramic as heat transfer media is the key part for heat storage high temperature air combustion (HTAC).The thermal storage honeycomb ceramics have the following notable characters: perfect high temperature resistance, anticorrosion, perfect thermal shock stability, high mechanical strength, large thermal storage capacity, advantage heat conduction property, energy conserving result and service life are improved greatly.

The Thermal storage honeycomb ceramics are widely used in the various heating furnaces, hot blast furnaces, heat treatment furnace, cracking furnaces, roaster, melting furnace, soaking pit furnaces, oil gas boiler, etc in the steel, machinery, building materials, petrochemical, colored metal smelting and etc industries.

The application of HTAC technology to achieve the following effect:

1. Energy saving 10%-70%.

2. CO2 in the flue gas emissions of 10%-70%, NOx emission reduced by more than 40%.

3. The average temperature increase and uniform distribution, the productivity increased more than 20%.

Honeycomb ceramic for RTO & RCO

Ceramic honeycombs are used in regenerative thermal oxidizer (RTO) and regenerative catalytic oxidation (RCO) devices to destroy hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odorous emissions etc.

According to different process requirements of exhaust gas treatment (RTO, RCO), our company develop and produce a variety of materials and sizes of ceramic honeycomb products. Products have large surface area, small resistance loss, low thermal expansion coefficient, high water absorption, good crack resistance, moderate millipore aperture and other characteristics, have been widely  used in RTO, RCO equipment at home and abroad.
